Northwest defeated Walla Walla 102-60. NU shot 56.7 percent from the field, added 47 rebounds, and dished out 22 assists. The Eagles recorded 17 three-pointers, 47 points off the bench, with six players scoring in double digits, led by Hailey Monte with 23 points. THe Wolves were paced by Jaylo Bello with 23 points as well.
No. 12-ranked Lewis-Clark State College def. Evergreen State College, 80-40
Lewis-Clark State doubled over Evergreen 80-40. LC State shot 50.0 percent from the field and had 21 assists, 18 steals, and 40 rebounds. The Warriors put up 34 points off turnovers, led by Sitara Byrd with 19 points. The Geoducks fought in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Warriors 16-12, paced by Bayleigh Harder with 15 points.
No. 14-ranked Eastern Oregon University def. Bushnell University, 64-54
Eastern Oregon secured a 64-54 victory over Bushnell. EOU saw its largest lead of 10 in the fourth quarter, 00:14. Kelsie Siegner’s double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds, along with Kali Kast’s 17 points, led the way for the Mountaineers. BU battled inside to stay afloat with 41 rebounds and 36 points in the paint. The Beacons were paced by Kenzie Pedersen with 10 points.
RV Corban University def. RV College of Idaho, 79-65
Corban grabbed a 79-65 win against the College of Idaho. CRB shot 54.0 percent from the field, grabbed 39 rebounds, and dished out 15 assists. The Warriors were led by Jenna Albrecht with 20 points. C of I scored 40 points in the paint, recorded 11 steals, and outscored the Warriors 21-17 in the final quarter. Maiya Hardy led the Yotes with 15 points.
RV Oregon Tech def. Warner Pacific University, 98-48
Oregon Tech cruised by Warner Pacific 98-48. OIT had four players in double digits, along with every player scoring a point. Shot 55.1 percent from the field, grabbed 46 rebounds, scored 42 points in the paint, and recorded 26 assists. The Lady Owls were led by Avery Andrew’s double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds and Tatum Schmerbach with 17 points. The Knights were paced by Shielteal Watah with 17 points as well.
