McDonald's Player of the Week, Presented by Urban Edge Network

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The following 12 Cascade Collegiate Conference student-athletes have been recognized as the McDonald's Player of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, for their performances during competition from March 16 – 22, 2026.
 
Beach Volleyball – Pair
No. 2-ranked Corban University’s Alexis Adebodun and Cammie Masanda were named the CCC Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week.

The duo recorded four wins in another CCC Warrior road sweep. They defeated opponents from No. 10-ranked College of Idaho (21-17, 21-13; 21-8, 21-8) and Northwest University (21-13, 21-5; 21-10, 21-14). They won every match in straight sets, allowing an average of just 11 points per set. The pair improved to 18-3 overall on the season.
 
Baseball – Player
No. 7-ranked Lewis-Clark State College’s Jackson Jaha was named the CCC Baseball Player of the Week.
 
Jaha, a sophomore infielder from Portland, Ore., had an outstanding week on the field for the Warriors, helping LC State to a series sweep over Corban University. He recorded a .750 batting average and a 1.688 slugging percentage with 12 hits, including three doubles and four homeruns. He also added 10 RBIs and 11 runs while earning a .778 on base percentage to cap off an incredible performance.

Baseball – Pitcher
Bushnell University’s Austin Wolfe was named the CCC Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season.

Wolfe, a junior from Beaverton, Ore., had a fantastic performance on the mound against Oregon Tech, leading to an 8-2 victory. He allowed just two earned runs and struck out 13 batters across eight innings for a 2.25 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP.
 
Softball – Player
(RV) College of Idaho’s Madelyn Powell was named the CCC Softball Player of the Week.
 
Powell, a senior outfielder from McMinnville, Ore., had an outstanding weekend on the field against the top ranked team in the NAIA. She recorded a .571 batting average and a 1.571 slugging percentage with eight hits including two doubles and four homeruns. She also added 12 RBIs and six runs while earning a .600 on base percentage. She did not strikeout a single time in 14 at bats. Defensively, she held a .929 fielding percentage to round out her impressive weekend.

Softball – Pitcher
No. 2-ranked Oregon Tech’s Kristine Schmidt was named the CCC Softball Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season.

Schmidt, a junior from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, had yet another fantastic weekend on the mound for the Owls, helping lead to a series sweep over (RV) University of British Columbia. She struck out 19 batters in 17 innings, allowing just six hits and one earned run for a 0.41 ERA and a 0.59 WHIP. Her weekend was highlighted by a career high 11 strikeouts in game one.
 
Men’s Golf – Golfer
(RV) Lewis-Clark State College’s Kye Krall was named the CCC Men’s Golfer of the Week.
 
Krall (69-66-71 – 206), a senior from Calgary, Alberta, won the Warrior Spring Classic against 45 other golfers. He earned his first collegiate victory with a dominant 10-under performance while carding the best three-round tournament of his career.

Women’s Golf – Golfer
No. 2-ranked University of British Columbia’s Katherine Hao was named the CCC Women’s Golfer of the Week.

Hao (73-73 – 146), a freshman from Burnaby, B.C., earned the tournament title at the Cascade Classic. She carded a bogey in each round to win over 20 other golfers.
 
Men’s Outdoor Track & Field – Track Athlete
Southern Oregon University’s Carter Stedman was named the CCC Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week.
 
Stedman, a junior runner from Roseburg, Ore., had a standout showing at Oregon State PNW Invite. He was the top NAIA finisher in the 5000m, recording a time of 14:33.42 to reach a ‘B’ Standard, set a personal record and claim the top spot in the NAIA this season.

Men’s Outdoor Track & Field – Field Athlete
Bushnell University’s Kaleo Wellman was named the CCC Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.

Wellman, a junior jumper from Lebanon, Ore., won the long jump at the Pacific Northwest Invite with a mark of 7.64 meters. The jump met the NAIA ‘A’ standard and stands as the top mark in the NAIA this season. He claimed the victory by more than two feet and improved his personal best by 8.5 inches.

Women’s Outdoor Track & Field – Track Athlete
Southern Oregon University’s Alyssa Johnson was named the CCC Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive week.
 
Johnson, a junior runner from Veneta, Ore., had another successful weekend at the Oregon State PNW Invite. She won the 5000m race with a time of 17:07.95 to reach a ‘B’ Standard and claim the No. 2 spot on the NAIA performance list.
 
Women’s Outdoor Track & Field – Field Athlete
University of British Columbia’s Bella Hall was named the CCC Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.
 
Hall, a senior thrower from Port Alberni, B.C., won the hammer throw at the SFU High Performance. She recorded a mark of 53.60m to claim the top spot on the NAIA performance list and reach a ‘B’ Standard.
