PORTLAND, Ore. — [RESULTS] No. 16-ranked University of British Columbia edged out the competition to claim the Tournament of Knights title. UBC men's golf secured its third Cascade Collegiate Conference regular season victory of the 2025-26 campaign at Glendoveer Golf Course, hosted by Warner Pacific University.
In a tightly contested tournament throughout, the Thunderbirds used consistent team play across all three rounds to finish with a winning total of 869, narrowly defeating Lewis-Clark State College by two strokes.
UBC was led by Jake Houston, who placed third overall with rounds of 71-73-72 (216). Manpreet Lalh tied for fourth at 217 (75-70-72), followed by Leighton Wright in sixth (76-73-69—218) and Aneesh Kaura in seventh (76-69-74—219), highlighting the Thunderbirds’ depth in the lineup.
Lewis-Clark State finished runner-up at 871, powered by the tournament’s top two individual finishers. Luke West captured the individual title with consistent play across all three rounds (70-73-70—213), while teammate Adam Lovatt surged on the final day with the best round of the tournament, an 8-under 65, to claim second place (74-75-65—214).
Bushnell University placed third overall with a team score of 887, led by Matt Forsyth, who tied for fourth (71-74-72—217). Peyton Wiedenmann (73-76-71—220) and Isaac Wells (71-75-75—221) also recorded top 10 finishes for the Beacons.
Southern Oregon University and Oregon Tech tied for fourth at 904. Corban University and Warner Pacific University tied for sixth at 908. College of Idaho placed eighth at 925 followed by Walla Walla University who rounded out the field in ninth at 940.
