CORVALLIS, Ore. — The first pitch of the 2026 Cascade Collegiate Conference Softball Championship Tournament, presented by U.S. Bank, is set for Friday. Top seeded Oregon Tech will host the double elimination tournament for the fifth consecutive year at John and Lois Stilwell Stadium.
The CCC has proven to be the most competitive softball conference in the NAIA, with multiple teams ranked inside the Top 10 throughout the season, setting the stage for a closely contested postseason tournament.

No. 4 seed British Columbia vs. No. 5 seed College of Idaho
British Columbia (15-9 CCC) enters as one of the conference’s top defensive teams, ranking second in fielding percentage (.971) while also posting the second-best team ERA (1.95) and strikeouts (145) in conference play. Carleen Murray leads the way with a 1.38 ERA and 106 strikeouts, best in conference play.
College of Idaho (12-12 CCC) brings an aggressive offensive approach, ranking second in hits (220) and slugging percentage (.497). The Yotes are led by Kina Watts, who tops the CCC in batting average (.462), on base percentage (.538), and hits (36). The two teams split their regular-season series both received votes throughout the national polls, setting up a highly competitive matchup.
No. 3 seed Southern Oregon vs. No. 6 seed Simpson
The reigning NAIA national champions of No. 6-ranked Southern Oregon (16-8 CCC) look to make another strong postseason run. SOU leads the conference in fielding percentage (.975) and is aggressive on the base paths with a conference best 43 stolen bases in league play.
Simpson (11-13 CCC) enters the postseason in its first year in the conference, making an immediate impact by securing a tournament berth. The Raiders swept the Red Hawks in their regular season series as the red birds look to battle again.
No. 1 seed Oregon Tech
No. 2-ranked Oregon Tech (20-4 CCC) enters as the regular season champion for the fifth straight season. In conference action, the Owls lead the CCC in slugging percentage (.501), batting average (.349), hits (227), and on base percentage (.426). Addison Kachnik leads the conference with 35 RBIs in CCC play.
In the circle, OIT also holds the lowest ERA (1.91) and most strikeouts (178), showcasing its dominance on both sides of the ball.
No. 2 seed Eastern Oregon
No. 6-ranked Eastern Oregon (18-6 CCC) enters the tournament with a high powered offense, leading the conference in RBIs (148), runs scored (167), and home runs (22).
Hope Burke leads the CCC with a .797 slugging percentage while Raygun Klippert tops the conference in runs scored (28) during the regular season.
Featuring a deep and talented field, this year’s CCC Softball Championship is poised for a highly competitive postseason, with teams vying for the title and an automatic bid to the national tournament.
