CORVALLIS, Ore. – The University of British Columbia was selected to take the crown in the 2026-27 Cascade Collegiate Conference Men's Golf Preseason Poll, released Wednesday by the conference office.
British Columbia earned the top spot with five first-place votes and 77 points. The Thunderbirds are coming off their sixth CCC regular-season title last season before Lewis-Clark State College captured its first CCC tournament championship.
Lewis-Clark State landed just three points behind UBC with 74 points and three first-place votes. Both programs advanced to the national tournament last season and enter the new campaign as the top two teams in the preseason poll.
Oregon Tech claimed the No. 3 spot with 57 points, followed by Bushnell University with 50 points and College of Idaho with 42 points. Southern Oregon University earned 41 points and one first-place vote to rank sixth.
Corban University (31 points), Warner Pacific University (22 points), and Walla Walla University (11 points) rounded out the poll.
The 2027 CCC Men's Golf Championships are set for April 19-21 in Walla Walla, Washington.
