First awarded after the 2024-25 season, the School of Character Award recognizes an institution that embraces the five core values of the NAIA Champions of Character program and implements methods that deliberately define, model, shape, and reinforce character within their institution. The conference winner is nominated for the NAIA School of Character Award.
