After a voting by the NAIA West Baseball Grouping head coaches, Lewis-Clark State’s J.J. Robinson has been named the 2016 NAIA West Player of the Year.
Robinson, a junior from Colfax, Wash., started all 54 games for the Warriors, finishing with a batting average of .360. He tallied 71 hits on the year including 25 doubles and a team high 14 home runs to go along with a conference high 78 RBIs.
