Southern Oregon’s Dylan Alexander has been named the Red Lion Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
 
Alexander, a senior from Encino, Calif., and the former 5K national champion, notched his first win of the season Saturday at William Jessup's Warrior Invitational in Rocklin, Calif. He completed the 8K course in 25:01.3 to best the field of 69, winning by five seconds as the Raiders took the first four spots.
