Randle, a junior from Tacoma, Wash., won his second 400-meter hurdles race in as many weeks as he defeated an all-NCAA field of 10 with a time of 54.23 seconds on Saturday at Western Washington’s Ralph Vernacchia Meet. A week earlier, he’d established an NAIA ‘A’ time that still ranks second nationally this season. He also placed sixth in a highly competitive 110-meter hurdles race with a time of 15.62.
