Corban’s Jason Bracken is the Red Lion men’s outdoor Field Athlete of the Week after being voted the Field Athlete of the Meet at last weekend’s CCC Championships. Bracken, a junior from Battle Ground, Wash., scored 31 points for the Warriors at the conference meet. His record-setting performance was highlighted by winning the high jump in dramatic fashion with a mark of 6 feet 6 ¼ inches on the final jump. He also took third in the decathlon (6,319) and discus (145-3) and scored additional points in the javelin, triple jump and shot put.
