Greg Montgomery has been selected as the Red Lion Men's Cross Country Runner of the week for September 17- 23.

Montgomery won the individual title at the Runners Soul Erik Anderson Invitational (which included the Red Lion CCC/Frontier Challenge) by four seconds over an unattached runner and tied the  C of I record for time over 8K. This was his second win of the season, sixth of career.
