College of Idaho's Hillary Holt has been selected as the Women's Cross Country Runner o the Week for September 17-23.

 Holt won the Erik Anderson Invite (Red Lion Challenge) with a personal best time over the 5,000-meter distance by 16 seconds over the 2011 NAIA national runner-up. Holt  helped  the #4 ranked Lady Yotes win the title - defeating #6 Carroll, #9 Lewis-Clark State, #19 Rocky Mountain, and both Gonzaga and Washington State.
