Eastern Oregon’s Karlee Coffey has been selected as the Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Coffey, a senior from La Grande, Ore., ran the fastest 5,000 ever in EOU history and broke her personal record by 16 seconds while competing in the prestigious Willamette University Charles Bowles Invitational. Coffey was the top collegiate placer finishing only 4 seconds behind the winner.
