Baseball – Pitcher of the Week
British Columbia’s Braeden Allemann has been named the Red Lion Baseball Pitcher of the Week.

Allemann, a senior from Surrey, B.C., was brilliant in his second career start for the UBC Thunderbirds on Sunday against the Warriors. Allemann struck out 14 batters and gave up just a lone run in a complete-game 3-1 triumph. He scattered eight hits over the nine innings and didn’t walk anyone. With his performance, Allemann improved to 3-3 on the season with 2.45 ERA. His 14 strikeouts was one short of the school record for most in a game (15).
