Garza has been a force to be reckoned with throughout the 2018 campaign for the No. 4-ranked Lady Owls, with the senior’s 1st place finish at the Warrior Invite on Saturday proving no different. Garza set a new Oregon Tech record with her time of 17:26 in the 5K, the second-fastest time ever ran on William Jessup course.
