Northwest Christian University’s Anika Rasubala was named the Red Lion Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
 
The senior from Salem, Ore., was the top Non-Division I finisher at the Ash Creek Invite. She was surrounded by seven runners from NCAA DI No. 9-ranked University of Oregon to keep the Ducks from a perfect score. She finished 21 seconds ahead of the next NAIA/CCC finisher.
