Warner Pacific University’s Amelia Pullen was named the Red Lion Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
 
The true freshman from Washougal, Wash., set a personal and WPU record in the 5k with a time of 17 minutes, 46 seconds. It was also her second-ever collegiate race.
