No. 9-ranked Southern Oregon University’s Emma Ryan was named the Red Lion Volleyball Defender of the Week.
 
A 5-foot-5 senior libero from Lebanon, Ore., Ryan collected a career-high 31 digs in SOU's win at third-ranked EOU, helping the Raiders back to first place in the CCC standings. She also moved up to No. 8 on the SOU career digs list (1,121) with 54 on the week.
