Warner Pacific University’s Amelia Pullen was named the Red Lion Women’s Runner of the Week for the third time this year.
 
The true freshman from Washougal, Wash., won the CCC individual 5K championship with a new personal best of 17 minutes, 35 seconds – an all-time best for Warner Pacific and a new course record. Pullen also became the first women's cross country champion in Warner Pacific history.
