High School Central Valley HS Northwest University’s Riley Sine was named the Red Lion Men’s Runner of the Week for the fourth time this year. A senior from Spokane, Wash., Sine won the CCC individual championship after crossing the 8K finish line in 25 minutes, 15 seconds.
