Eastern Oregon University’s Paige Dodd was named the Red Lion Women’s Track and Field Athlete of the Week.
 
Dodd, a senior pentathlete from Burbank, Wash., placed second overall at the Lauren McCluskey Multis with 3,402 points in the pentathlon. The All-American finished only behind an athlete from NCAA Division I Portland State. She took second in the 60-meter hurdles (9.39 seconds), the high jump (1.61 meters) and the long jump (5.39). Dodd finished 82 points off her school-record total that she set last season.
