Oregon Tech’s Mitchell Fink was named the Red Lion Men’s Basketball Player of the Week.
 
Two weeks after becoming Oregon Tech’s All-time career assists leader, the six-foot-one senior guard from Clackamas, Ore., scored 40 points Friday night and added 29 more Saturday in a pair of key wins. Fink’s 69-point weekend moved him into second on OIT’s all-time scoring list. He finished the week averaging 34.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2.0 steals per game. Fink was 24-for-48 from the floor and missed just one of his 14 free throws.
