College of Idaho’s Kendrik Caldwell was named the Red Lion Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.
 
The sophomore from Nampa, Idaho, hit the NAIA "A" standard and recorded the 10th-best mark in the NAIA this season with a score of 4,563 points in the heptathlon at the Mountain State Games. Caldwell had personal best times of 9.00 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles and 7.32 seconds in the 60-meters, adding a clearance of 3.63 meters in the pole vault.
