Southern Oregon University’s Jordan Hunt was named the Red Lion Men’s Basketball Player of the Week.
 
The six-foot-nine senior forward from Lower Hutt, New Zealand, scored a career-high 24 points on Friday against Multnomah University to lift the Raiders 123-75. Hunt scored 17 of his 20 total points in the final eight minutes of Saturday's win against Warner Pacific, helping the Raiders pull away. He averaged 22.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 1.0 steals per game, while shooting 73.1-percent from the field, including 66.7-percent from distance.
