No. 24-ranked Lewis-Clark State College’s Dillon Plew was named the Embrace Health-Santiam Hospital Baseball Player of the Week.
Plew, a six-foot-four senior infielder from Kennewick, Wash., hit .385 in the four-game series sweep of Corban University. He had the winning hits in the first and third games of the series, including a three-run home run in game one and a two-RBI double in game three. Plew had five hits – including three extra-base hits, scored two runs, and batted in six RBI.
