Bushnell University’s Stevie Schlabach was named the Embrace Health-Santiam Hospital Men’s Basketball Player of the Week.
 
Schlabach, a six-foot-four sophomore guard from Tigard, Ore., led the Beacons to a 2-0 week, averaging 30.5 points and 9.0 rebounds per game. He shot 61.0-percent from the field, including 57.1-percent from beyond the arc. He also had three assists, three blocks and two steals on the week.
