Southern Oregon University’s Bryce Goggin was named the Embrace Health-Santiam Hospital Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week for the second week in a row.
 
Goggin, a junior from Eugene, Ore., improved on his NAIA 'A' standard 110-meter hurdles time, giving him the No. 9 spot on the NAIA performance list.
