College of Idaho’s Zach Rickard was named the Embrace Health-Santiam Hospital Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.
 
Rickard, a senior from Antelope, Calif., broke the C of I school record and hit the NAIA "A" mark with is throw of 177 feet, seven inches at the Linfield Boyman Invite. He won the event to help the Yotes secure the team title.
