Oregon Tech’s Mark French was named the Embrace Health-Santiam Hospital Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week, his second of the season.
 
French, a senior from Tualatin, Ore., hit an NAIA "A" mark in the 5K, breaking the school record by 20 seconds. He clocked in with a time of 14:25 and is now No.1 in the NAIA in the event.
