No. 14-ranked Eastern Oregon University’s Cambree Scott was named the WVT Laboratory Women’s Volleyball Defender of the Week.
Scott, a junior middle hitter from Bend, Ore., started all four matches for the Mountaineers, helping EOU go 3-1 at the C of I/EOU Fall Classic. She racked up 41 kills to average 2.93 per set and hit .257 for the weekend, while also posting three service aces. Scott tallied 22 blocks to average 1.57 per set and had 14 digs on the weekend. She tallied a career high 16 kills against No. 5-ranked Dordt.
