Lewis-Clark State College’s Kenzie Dean was named the WVT Laboratory Women’s Volleyball Defender of the Week.
 
Dean, a junior defensive specialist from Athol, Idaho, continued to provide a steady anchor in the back row for LC State. The junior tallied 51 digs and 13 assists across three matches this week and served eight aces. She served 22 times in a row without an error to close out the match against Walla Walla and had five aces in the stretch. The libero had 21 digs in the five-set victory over the Eagles, and 18 in the sweep of the Geoducks to help the Warriors go 3-0 on the weekend.
