Multnomah University’s Shiloh Mounce was named the WVT Laboratory Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
 
Mounce, a junior from Oregon City, Ore., was the top finisher at the Bushnell University Invite out of 23 total runners. She finished the 5K with a time of 18 minutes, 14 seconds, a full minute ahead of the second-place finisher.
