Northwest University’s Micah Murphy was named the WVT Laboratory Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
 
Murphy, a sophomore from Lynnwood, Wash., led the Eagles and took second overall at the Ken Garland Classic. He clocked in at 25 minutes, 40 seconds in the 8K race.
