Oregon Tech’s Mark French was named the WVT Laboratory Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
 
French, a senior from Tualatin, Ore., led the Owls to a team championship in the 46th Charles Bowles Willamette Invite in the men’s 8K gold race to take second out of 119 runners in a time of 24:49.9.
