Southern Oregon University’s Kadyn Jones was named the WVT Laboratory Women’s Volleyball Defender of the Week.
 
Jones, a senior defensive specialist from Troutdale, Ore., helped the Raiders go 2-1 on the week after averaging 4.77 digs per set. She has reached double figures in digs in nine straight matches and totaled six of her 22 against LC State during the tiebreaker set. Jones also had 10 service aces and nine assists over the week.
