Northwest University’s Alexander Thiehofe was named the WVT Laboratory Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Thiehofe, a junior goalkeeper from Bottrop, Germany, posted two shutouts to help the Eagles grab two wins and earn a spot in the CCC tournament. In just under 190 minutes of action on the week, Thiehofe made eight saves between the posts.
