(RV) Oregon Tech’s Aubrey Kievit was named the WVT Laboratory Women’s Volleyball Defender of the Week for the second time this year.
 
Kievit, a junior libero from Central Point, Ore., anchored the defense in both wins this weekend for the Owls. She was the overall dig leader in both matches this weekend for all teams that competed after posting 28 digs on Friday night and 19 digs in OIT’s 3-1 win over No. 12-ranked Eastern Oregon University. Kievit finished with 11 assists and two aces, while averaging 5.22 digs per set.
