Northwest University’s CaCoa Chatman was named the WVT Laboratory Men’s Basketball Player of the Week.
Chatman, a junior guard from Long Beach, Calif., came up big over the weekend for the Eagles. He scored 30 points in NU’s upset victory over No. 20-ranked Lewis-Clark State College to average 20.5 points per game on the week. Chatman was on fire from three-point range, knocking down nine of 14 treys to boast a 64.3 shooting percentage from distance. He also had seven assists, five rebounds and six steals over the two games.
