Eastern Oregon University’s Maggie Ledbetter was named the WVT Laboratory Women’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.
 
Ledbetter, a senior thrower from Cove, Ore., grabbed an automatic qualifier in shot put at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open. Out of 30 athletes, she took third with a throw of 44-1 ½ (13.45m), which ranks seventh on the NAIA indoor list so far this season.
