Lewis-Clark State College’s Emily Adams was named the WVT Laboratory Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.
 
Adams, a senior from Waitsburg, Wash., earned a provisional time in the 3000m run at the WSU Open on Saturday. The fifth-year senior's time of 10 minutes, 24.89 seconds put her in the top half of the field filled with NCAA Division I competition.
