No. 3-ranked Lewis-Clark State College’s Aidan Nagle was named the WVT Laboratory Baseball Player of the Week.
Nagle, a senior outfielder from Santa Rosa, Calif., helped the Warriors power NCAA Division II Central Washington in a midweek doubleheader on Thursday. He totaled five hits, including an impressive 4-for-5 performance in game two that featured a pair of home runs and seven RBIs. Nagle scored six runs and had a double in each contest. He slugged 1.625 with a .700 on-base percentage and .625 batting average between the two games.
