Oregon Tech’s Payton Canon was named the rize Laboratory Women’s Golfer of the Week.
 
Canon, a senior from Greenwood Village, Colo., netted her fifth career medalist honor after rolling to the individual title at the Coastal Collegiate Classic at Salishan Golf Club. She blitzed the field by 10 strokes (74-80-79 – 233), helping the Lady Owls (334-350-331 – 1015) to a second-place team finish behind Lewis-Clark State.
