No. 13-ranked Eastern Oregon University’s Justin Ash was named the rize Laboratory Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for the second week in a row.
 
Ash, a sophomore from Baker City, Ore., won his second race in a row in another dominant performance, finishing the 6K EOU Invitational in 18:24.73. His time was over 21 seconds ahead of the runner-up competitor.
