No. 24-ranked Eastern Oregon University’s Darby McDevitt was named the Rize Laboratory Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
 
McDevitt, a junior midfielder/defender from Rathdrum, Idaho, played a key role for the Mounties in back-to-back shutouts against the University of Providence and Rocky Mountain College. She led an EOU defense that allowed just six shots on goal the entire weekend while outscoring opponents 8-to-0.
