Southern Oregon University’s Tybalt Thornberry was named the Rize Laboratory Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Thornberry, a junior defender from Camas, Wash., helped limit Carroll College to one shot on goal in Friday's 1-0 win and had a goal and an assist in Sunday's 7-0 win over Walla Walla University. He and the Raiders have shut out four consecutive opponents for the first time since 2018.
