No. 5-ranked Corban University’s Rylee Troutman was named the Rize Laboratory Volleyball Attacker of the Week for the third time this year.
Troutman, a sophomore outside hitter from Powell Butte, Ore., had a tremendous weekend to help the Warriors grab two wins, including their first-ever victory over a No. 1-ranked team. She had a whopping 43 kills and a .272 attacking percentage in the process. Her 24 kills against the No. 1 Mounties is a new career high for the All-American. Troutman added back-to-back double-digit digs with 12 and 16 to log her sixth and seventh double-doubles of the season and tallied four service aces to help extend Corban's win streak to 12-straight. She also leads the CCC in kills and kills per set, sitting just 11 kills away from the 300 mark.
