No. 6-ranked College of Idaho’s Ellyse Tingelstad was named the Rize Laboratory Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
 
Tingelstad, a junior from Joseph, Ore., was the top finisher for the Coyotes at the Lewis & Clark XC Invite, taking second overall behind a non-collegiate runner. She covered the 6K course in 21 minutes, 36.6 seconds to help C o f I take third as a team behind NCAA Division I opponents.
