College of Idaho’s Ellyse Tingelstad was named the Rize Laboratory Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for the fourth time this year.
 
Tingelstad, a junior from Joseph, Ore., repeated as the conference champion with a time of 18 minutes, 27.9 seconds at the 2022 CCC Cross Country Championships, presented by U.S. Bank. She led the Yotes to a school record total of 17 points and the fourth-straight conference title for the College of Idaho.
