No. 11-ranked Eastern Oregon University’s Hunter Sparks was named the Rize Laboratory Men’s Wrestler of the Week.
 
Sparks, a 125-lb Junior wrestler from Roseville, Ore. is ranked No. 24 in the NAIA and has an individual overall record of 11-3. This weekend at the prestigious Missouri Valley Open, Sparks had a stellar weekend going undefeated with a 6-0 record, defeating three wrestlers ranked above him. He capped off the weekend in the championship match with a 9-2 decision, earning a first-place finish. As a result of Sparks' great performances, he was awarded Missouri Valley Invite Outstanding Wrestler.
