Women’s Cross Country

The College of Idaho’s Hillary Holt has been named the Red Lion Women’s Cross Country Runner of the week.

Holt, a senior from Meridian, Idaho won her 6th straight meet dating back to 2012, cruising to a 42-second win over runners from D-I Idaho State. Holt’s time of 15:19 in the 4k race helped the Yotes upset the Bengals. And is the second-fastest 4K time on ISU's course in its history.
